My name is Captain Max. I have been fishing Baffin Bay for over thirty years and am thrilled to help others experience the joy of fulfilling their dreams and provide for you the chance at reeling in the catch of a lifetime!

I am United States Coast Guard licensed, CPR certified, insured and bonded so you can book with confidence. I know you want your excursion to be perfect and I will strive in every way possible to accommodate your vision for what that perfect outing looks like. Do you want to give drift fishing a try? I have you covered. How about wading? I am ready when you are! Or, structural fishing; whatever it takes to put fish in the boat and provide you with an experience you will never forget.

My purpose is simple; it’s never just about fishing. Anyone who has spent time on the water knows there is so much more to be experienced and remembered from a fishing trip. The smile a mile wide on a child’s face when they feel that first tug of a “big one” on the other end of the line. Seeing someone learn a new way to do an old thing, and do it better than they ever have before. Bringing joy to the hearts of everyone involved — that’s what it’s all about. Oh, and the chance to catch really nice fish!

About our Guide Boat

We run a 24 ft. Custom El Pescador Cat with a 250 Evinrude E-Tec H.O. a raised center console, duel 8ft power poles, a GPS Minn Kota Terrova trolling motor, the latest and greatest Garmin GPS system, trim tabs, and a killer sound system.

It features two large live wells with live well pumps, aeration and a pure oxygen system to keep your bait or fish in perfect condition for a fishing trip or tournament day. Two large Yeti coolers for plenty of drink and snack storage.
